Blackfoot, ID – Premier Technology, Inc. announces the addition of Doug Wale, new Commercial Nuclear Business Unit Manager. Doug will fill the role vacated by Guy Girard, who is Premier’s new of Chief Operating Officer.  

Doug has over 25 years of nuclear industry experience. His experience encompasses nuclear plant operations and lifecycle management with the US Navy, Department of Energy and commercial nuclear sectors as well as engineering and execution of complex Naval Nuclear reactor plant refuelings. He has direct experience in nuclear operations and maintenance, project management, construction management, quality assurance, engineering and deactivation/demolition.  

Doug has managed nuclear programs with annual budgets of over $150 Million and roughly 300 project management and controls, engineering, oversight, supervisory and craft employees. Doug has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Excelsior College, is a certified Project Manager and is a member of the American Nuclear Society, American Motorcycle Association and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

Doug and his wife, Shyne, enjoy spending time with their family and love the outdoors –camping, hiking, dirt bike riding, and training with their dogs.
